Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. **Contact Us:** Reach out to our customer service team to request a return authorization.

2. **Packaging:** Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and any accessories.

3. **Shipping:** Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

4. **Refund:** Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item separately. This will ensure the fastest processing of your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
